Frequently Asked Questions...

What is your turn around time?
Most orders are processed and you will receive a proof of your banner and price quote by email within 3-5 days. After approval your banner will be shipped via USPS priority mail within 48 hours. Please allow up to 2 weeks from initial submission to receive your banner. We take pride in the quality of each and every banner.

Rush service is available for an additional charge.

Do you offer any sizes other than those listed?
Yes! We can print a banner of any length and up to 3 ft wide.

How do I hang my paper banner?
Most paper banner are hung using tacky type poster putty. Of course you can always use any type of tape or thumbtacks, depending on where your banner is being hung..

What kind of material do you use?
Our paper banners are made of heavy duty premium white paper. The paper is ideal for indoor use or very limited outdoor use. Your banner is not waterproof and the ink will run if it gets wet.

What kind of image should I use for a photograph?
If you're using a photograph, then you should use a good resolution JPG image. Try to find the highest quality image with a file size less than 4 Megabytes (4 MB).

What kind of image should I use for a logo or clipart?
To use a logo, or some type image created by a graphics professional from solid lines and colors (specifically called 'vector art'), then EPS is the best choice. By using an EPS file in your design, you can retain the sharp lines in your original image, even if the file size you use is very small. If you do not have access to an EPS file, then GIF or PNG file formats will provide you with the next best print quality. Again, try to find the highest quality image with a file size less than 4 Megabytes (4 Mb).
